There is a couple of inches difference in front...

There is a couple of inches difference in front of the wheel well opening to the door. Probably about 3 inches as the wheel base is 3 inches different from the Catalina to the Bonneville.

Tim not sure if they are available from Ford yet. My dad had them from some old Fords his work scrapped years ago. He use to have one on his 63 F-150 4x4 he owned some years back.

I had the under dash unit and when removed there...

I had the under dash unit and when removed there are a few holes in the radiator support and the fire wall. Other then that there will be no evidence of ever having AC. Pat
