Give the Crane Kool Nuts a try. They fit over the Pontiac rocker arm studs and have the hex lock nut on top. They are only around $30.

Craftsman also makes a dial-back timing light, for the same $70 range, may be quicker than ordering one. Mine seems to work fine. Probably made by the same company anyway.

You may also want to consider the Crane Kool Nuts, for around $35, they fit over the bottleneck studs and have HEx locknuts on top. They make it pretty easy to convert to adj. valvetrain.
