Just remove the 2 screws one at the top in the...

Just remove the 2 screws one at the top in the middle of the pillar and one at the base in the door jamb area.
After pulling screws lean the top in and lift up to clear the dash.

I've looked everywhere and cannot find them.

Take it back to the shop and verify torque of Pinion nut.
Did they use the same nut to do final assy as the one they used when crushing the sleeve?...

My personal preference has been to install the handle Forward when the window is up. That way it points the same way as the door handle when its all closed up
