I had to loosen the body mounts on mine to get it out with my old mounts. After putting in new mounts, I could get it out without loosening them with a little persuation.

My dad had a 66 Conv. Don' t know if it was body color or not, but they were definately blue. His was Mariner Turquiese (sp.?) with blue int.

If your talking about the 1/2" bolt that goes from the frame mount to the motor mount, you can still get the correct washer at the dealership. GM part # 1362249. Use this washer along with a lock...
