Default Help with wiper motor issue

My wiper starts running as soon as i turn the ignition key to the on position? So I unplugged the wiper switch at the dash and it still keeps running? I removed the fuse and it stops..

Does anyone have a sketch and/or a picture of how a wiper motor is hooed up under the hood? I also had a wire that wasn't hooked up? and I'm not sure where it goes???
