Default anybody here use identifix?

I was using snapon shopkey5 but now have had shopkeypro for a while but its not working out for us. my guys and myself don't even want to use it. thinking about switching to identifix or is there a better option????

I work in the parts side at our dealership but I think in our service side they use Mitchell? Does that make sense?

Yes, been using identifix for about 7 years. We also have alldata.My snap on dealer was trying to get me to switch over to shopkey last week. Jim

Yep! I'm in the same boat have shop key switched to shop key pro and it blows. Switched to Identifix and we like it. Have had it for a month or so now still have shop key as we are comparing the two. Looks like I'll be dumping shop key as we like Identifix better its easier to use and seems to have better/more information.

alright this is what I was expecting, identifix want 139 a month for a year and then goes to 179 or so. my shopkey pro costs 160 with tax....

We have both Alldata and Identifix.I like Identifix better.
