Arrow Rookie mistake...

"Driver caught the inside edge of the road with tire"; and ends up stufed into the ditch and against the hillside. How is that possible with a 3 ft. wide paved shoulder . Mystery line didn't work so well through that corner .

Now Corvettes will probably be banned because someone may get hurt.

Default Warning - Bad langauge, annoying over-dramatic guy, and horrible Dio cover.

This video was shot in Arizona. I guess the blue one could be the same car.

I think they look pretty damn good on the street.

the back end of that thing is atrocious, every bit as ugly as the Cramo.
what would be wrong with a pair of recessed round taillights?

All high capacity vehicles should be banned and limited to 5mph.

Round Light Kits and rear bumper covers are already being advertised by one aftermarket company. Necessity is the mother of invention and capitalism is alive and well in this country. Didn't take long for someone to see that market opportunity!

I saw the new Corvette at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show a few days ago. I have to say, after seeing dozens and dozens of photos of videos, and sort of being on the fence about the styling, seeing it in person has changed my mind.

The new Corvette is freakin' cool. Very cool.

The two complaints I had were :

1) The various scoops should be body colored, not black (or carbon fiber). Having black hash marks all around just ruins the lines. I saw one in black, and one in dark pewter, and they looked awesome.

2) Yes, the taillights should have been styled better, and in fact the whole rear fascia needs a bit of work.

My guess is that in the next 2 years, they'll change the taillights, and make those scoops and vents body colored.

Mike:
The same company I mentioned above is also offering body colored louvers, vents and scoops to give a more monochromatic look.

There has been a lot of discussion over on the Corvette forum on both the tail lights and the louvers/scoops/vents.

EDIT: Wow, that's a tall drink of water they had as their "spokesperson/model" at the Chicago show!
