Internal or external flywheel balancing for my 1978 T/A

I am putting a new clutch in my 1978 T/A with the original (400) engine and transmission and I need a new flywheel.

Does this car have an external or internal balanced flywheel? Looking at...

I cleaned the flywheel up with 3M discs on a cordless drill. The 3M package says "great for gasket removal, brake disc finishing and metal polishing".

I did not see any discoloration or hard...

Vehicle shudder when leaving from a dead stop

The springs are Comp #995 these are the ones Comp...

The springs are Comp #995 these are the ones Comp says should be used with this cam and the lube is comp cams lube which is supplied with the cam and lifter kit.
