Yes after you remove the column from the car , it is a simple swap but would recommend new lower bearing & holder , & turn signal switch / upper bearing assembly, very simple nothing else inside .

Definitely a terrible repo item , send it back & get one with the raw walnut veneer from year one, fit is excellent , REM simulated vinyl is terrible & not even close for fitment.
