yep,i made the mistake of ordering a whole 1971...

yep,i made the mistake of ordering a whole 1971 compressor off ebay just becuase it came with the brackets i thought i needed.... too bad they didnt fit.

i did mine a wierd way (on a 70).... tighten...

i did mine a wierd way (on a 70)....

tighten the nut finger tight, and back it off a little bit (about a 1/4 turn) then take the wrench and stand it vertical. Let it drop until it stops. then...

i used a dremel and rounded off the sides of the softline fitting so it would fit. py said it was for a 68-72 so i assume it will work... hell it looks the same.

I just cleaned up my heater/ac box, so i ordered a seal kit from ames :/

now i have now clue where to put some of these seals. i coloed them in so if anyone know they can reply green = blabla......
