I see them on ebay every couple of weeks, just not this week. I'm pretty sure that any set of A6 compressor brackets from the 70's should work, whether from A-body, F-body, etc. I've recently pieced together a set for my own project.

Sometimes I'll cruise the ebay listings and look at the sellers other auctions to get an idea of the car being parted out (does it have A/C, etc.), and I won't hesitate to contact seller with my needs. Every once in a while you find what you're looking for.

Last weekend I must've called 10 salvage yards looking for firebird steering stuff. Brackets should be pretty easy to find, as long as you aren't searching for "GTO". There are plenty of Bonne's, Cats, and GP's still out there in the yards, and all of them had A/C.

Actually, 71 and up is slightly different spacing. 65-70 was interchangeable for the compressor brackets.

Do not know if those parts will work, but I do know the seller, have purchased from him, he should know and you can trust him. ROD

No. These parts are for a 71-and-later.

I have the aluminum one with the short, heavy cast one attached if you are having trouble sourcing it.

Came off a 69 GP.
