TN cars in my experience were rarely clean. Most of them were rusty and full of mildew. Not rotten, but definitely rusty.

If anyone has been following these cars you'd know that if it isn't overly rusty that price is pretty nice for a moving car with engine. SO many of these I've seen for the last 10 years have been that much or more as rusty hulks that need way more work.
