Anyone else see the paragraph in a recent Car and Driver that the 2006 GTO will get the 6.0 liter Corvette motor with 400 horses and 395 lb*ft of torque?
I don't visit this forum much (usually just hang out in the lobby), but a quick search of subjects here doesn't show any mention of that little uprate. I might have to consider one of those when I get back from my little trip instead of another supercharged B'ville...

Be safe over there. And Thank you and all your other brother soldiers.
And on that note, the 2005 GTO gets the LS2 6.0L 400hp/395ft.lbs
They will be in dealers by January.

yeah, the 2005 is getting th 400 hp, its cool that you were kind in asking your question. are you looking for pure performance, or comfort w/high performance. that is the main factor in the GTO decitions from what i have seen.

OR, if you want PURE performance / comfort, go with the 05 GTO!
