You get any damage?
Tornadoes are bad, I think worse than hurricanes especially when they know when hurricanes are coming.

I have been close but never really 'in' one.

Yes we have some damage. My phone gave me a tornado warning---After it hit. Trees down hit the side of the house. minimum roof damage. AC unit crushed. Car was hit by a 2 and a half x2and a half piece of corrugated steel from a church about a mile from us. Lots of roof damage in the neighborhood. Next door had half of his shingles and roof paper gone. About 6 houses around me had roof damage. Many trees down One on a house and one on a shed. Across the street was 4x8 sheet of the steel from the church. i could'n believe all the debris flying in the sky. When I saw a trampoline fly by, I went to the basement.

Thankfully no one was hurt.

Did it sound like a locomotive coming through?

Talking to a good friend last night. He was coming home Saturday night about the time of tornado. He was driving in hail! Kind of soft he said. It was so intense he had to put his truck in 4wd! He lives east of tornado touchdown. Also turnpike road was covered.
