Garrett Mitchell ( cleetus) freedom factory
Been watching the manatee County meeting on whether to let the land development continue to go forward next to the racetrack. They voted to let it continue but the board seemed to be on Garretts side.Hopefully this won't be the beginning of the end for the track. If the developer s think the possible future house owners won't mind the noise they are crazy.

I wasn't able to go to the meeting but my friends did and there was a large showing of support. Yea, sounds like the developer and the county will work together to keep the tracks there well into the future. They are building like crazy out there. Anyone that's been to the dragstrip or the FF knows how much land is there. We all said one day it will be developed and now it's going to be.

If people move in and complain about the noise to the point where he's forced out, I hope he sells the place to someone that fills it with meth production and crack houses.
