Rally II Wheel - Rear Color/Finish

Trying to determine the factory correct color/finish used on the rear of Rally II wheels. At least for '68-'69, examples I've found appear to be a grey with green, black tint. Semi gloss finish.

Definitely not plain light grey.

Appreciate any paint type, formula to achieve this.
