Can I use this kit on my 69 GTO?

Most likely, but to me unless you are running a Pro Street car I would use rubber.

Use rubber ... and then install the four extra rubber mounts with bolts. Two extra in front under the cowl, two extra in the back in the axle area. The front locations will need you to add a nut for each. The two in the back I think the nuts are already in their cages in the body.

Basically you want to fill the locations used on both the convertible and the station wagon. I think you can order the individual mounts from Ames.

That way you get the best of both worlds, quiet ride and some extra stiffness.
