66 fender and quarter extensions questions

To anyone that knows 66 fullsized Pontiacs, can you let me know if the fender extensions are side-specific or does one part fit right and left sides? I can only find one part number (9783646) and ebay only has "left" fender extensions for sale.

Next question... are quarter extensions different between Catalina/Grand Prix and Bonnevilles? Frank's shows two different sets of part numbers, one for Cats/GPs and the other for Bonnes. Will they interchange?
