Ok 64 Lemans originally a 326 swapped in a 67 400 oil pan was bad got new Canton 15-389 pan ant the center link hits the pan and the tie rods do.as well any got a different pan Transdapt TRD9337 same issues. Both aftermarket pans measured approximately 4.5" from top of them to bottom of the pan where the issue occurs, the 326 pan is approximately 3.75". Will the 326 pan work on the 67?

When I had a Chevy 350 in my 66 Tempest, I had the same issue. Wound up using a pipe to gently dent the pan where it was hitting. Worked great.

Yes I got new ones from Ames also went from ST300 transmission to TH350 with new mount as well. I'm also doing SPC upper, lower tubular control arms, a Right Stuff Detailing front disc brakes swap, new tie rods and a Proforged 106-10060 center link.

I have found aftermarket mounts seem to need a spacer to raise the pan some.Tom
