Yeah very cool car. Like seeing them exactly how time has left them .somethings cool about the story of how it got hat way when you look at them. Nice to see them restored too though especially if they get used.

I can't believe that with so few of these that were built, there is actually still one that not only hasn't been restored but is still original. WOW!

Tom, I'm interested in your honest take on your overrated statement.

I wouldn't honestly expect the TA to be worlds better than a more typical RA 400 car. Not enough cache? To expensive for what you're getting?

They are 0ne 0f 697, they are IMO the same as any 69 RA III 4 speed firebird but with better looking lines.I really enjoyed mine for the years I had it.It had become too valuable. My thought, would I be happy with a clone with $100000 in the glove box?Was simple, sold it,paid off my house and built a clone and never looked back. The ONLY thing I did not do to mine is it there is NO Trans Am on it anywhere, just Firebird.Tom

That makes perfect sense. I'm the same way, I want to drive my stuff, whenever, however I want.

Having a car that's only worth, maybe 20K on the high side, allows me to do that.
