Tilt steering column
Anyone get a 67 tilt column from Ames? How is the quality of the rebuild? I looked at some aftermarket ones. Seems the GM column would be an easier install. I called a place in Florida, GM Tilt, someone answered and hung up so they may be out of business. Thanks.

Last I bought one, Ames is selling columns rebuilt from Gary's in Texas:
http://www.garys-classics.net/ And they warranty them for life if I recall. No issues with mine. |

Went Ididit in my 67. Easy peasy.

I put in a idit, fit was great, also it was time for new rag joint, i also put new steering box in at same time , u do have to put in the d shaft and joints
