Default It's Norwalk Time !!!!!

Come on guy's, usually by now there is a post a mile long with call outs and who is running who!

What's the drag racing going to include this year?

It's the BEST PONTIAC Event of the season, I'll be there with the "Bright Idea" stop by and say hello.

Bob,

Seems like most of the racers & non-racers that talk all year on this web site don’t go to the BIGGEST Pontiac race in the World! It’s blowing up on Facebook! This could be my last one so I’m kinda Geeked!

George, Geeked is a word I can relate too!

I'll be sure to stop by and say hello.

Too far for me, too. Good luck to all and race safe, George, get that seven so we can all stop talking about it.

O-hi-o is too far from Oklahoma, even as badly as I'd like to go. One of my buddies that I hoped to bring to Norwalk, passed away last year. He was a true Pontiac enthusiast.

Jim,
You going to Great Bend???
I sure wish more folks would make the effort to make the Great Bend event, It's an awesome facility, run by all volunteers. Food is good, town is awesome!!! Plenty of motels for the event...

Everybody be safe!!! Check your tires, then light some fires!!!

It is a great event, but I don't think I'll make it this year---concentrating on Pontiac Heaven in November. Great Bend is a 1000+ mile tow for me---each way. I've been to the Uprising several times--mostly when it was in Wichita. The Great Bend track is an excellent venue for sure---wide, long track and lots of history.

Pushrods just got here 2 hours ago!! This after an 8 day world tour in a UPS truck and/or plane. They go in the engine tomorrow AM and after a valve adjustment and some packing, we are ready. Advanced weather reports look great! This IS the Pontiac event of the year. Try to make it if you can.

Loaded up, will leave Thursday morning. I'll check in at the motel room Steve Barcak booked, and go to the track Friday morning. Pete Woodruff hopes to allow me a couple of test runs with "Speed Queen" lakester. Anybody got a 182 c.i. machine to line up against me?
