C&S Specialties
Is it typical for companies (in this case C&S) to take 4 weeks to make a repair?

Sight says they have a quick turnaround service. Might be backed up on their special....

They said they were backed up by about 6 days. That was at lease 3 weeks ago. I am starting to get a little frustrated.
