BMR makes good products. Call them and get the Delrin Bushing option instead of the Urethane.

Smith makes nice products, unfortunately they don't make them for the Chevelle/GTO chassis.

If you are going the upper and lower route and use a TRZ or similar set up be aware that using them will lower your ride height about 2" if you keep the same springs. Also the aftermarket replacement shocks like Afco's, Qa1's etc will be too short. And a drop in coil over system like the Qa1 will lower the front end a lot.
Found out the hard way with my Cutlass. It turned into a major pain in the ass. There aren't a lot of early A body spring choices which complicated things.
It still doesn't sit where I want it but it works so I left it alone.
Do your research.

My front-end didn't drop with TRZ arms. I used the stock spindle and trimmed as much off of it as possible

i was just about to buy the complete upper/lower a arm with coil over from QA1. did they offer suggestions for ride height?
