I bought a new 9.5” tsp converter through Cliff a year or so ago for my very aggressive street strip set up using a 4000 stall in my 200-4R trans with NO lockup. Long story short I lost the bottom end in the engine after about 10 passes with this converter so it’s virtually a new piece. I talked to Jim and he said he will tailor the converter to meet any specs needed. I’m willing to ship the converter back to him and have it made to fit someone else’s combo or sell it outright as is for a super deal and they ship it to him to be reflashed.
