Default Restomod 68 Bird AAW vs Painless?

I'm looking for experiences with either American Auto wire vs Painless for complete harnesses

I'm doing a restomod on my 68, only real electrical addition will be EFI on the 400

Thoughts, experiences, advice?

Thanks

I used painless for my '67 bird. Had too many gremlins in the 50 year old wiring, seemed like I was always looking for something else.

Kit was pretty nice, in my opinion. My advice is to keep as much of the old harness on hand as you can (assuming it's still available)
I ended up reusing connectors and referencing Wire colors in the original loom against the new loom.

Also, if you go painless, their's is for the Camaro, you will need something to wire in the high beam lamps, or wire in the old ones to the new loom.

I picked up the wire loom that painless offers, I think it's really nice and keeps things looking very neat. I prefer it over the corrugated plastic looms.

Thanks for the tip, I was wondering about it being a Camaro kit that "fit" the Firebird.

The harness is there in some places.

I think I'm gonna go with the AAW kit, it's Firebird specific and they say it has all the OE connectors
