Default 1968 CBH question

I posted this earlier in 1968 GTO section and dataway suggested I post here as well.
On the 1968 Tempest GTO Car Billing History card, I have in box 59, the number '4' typed in it. Now there is no 59 sales code on the 1968 Tempest GTO sales order form nor is there anything like it on the special equipment order form, so my question is....
What is 594 supposed to mean on a 1968 GTO Car Billing History card? When I do a search here, all I get are cards from 1965 and it refers to export. Any ideas?
