Default 1966 WS block

I picked up this bare block, with mains, WS 389 with a date code of K135 - November 13, 65, as part of a package of parts. Supposed to be a good block. Thinking about taking it to the engine shop to have them clean and magnaflux it before I sell it. Am I right in thinking it will be worth the cost to who ever buys it to know the block is good? I read this as an early 66 tri power four speed block..

Assuming it's a good block what is it worth?

I would have it sonic-checked. You can get some idea of core shift by looking at the lifter bosses. '66 389's were known for core shift, and subsequently, thin cylinder walls.
