79 T/A w/463, Scat crank, Eagle rods, Icon pistons, Lunati solid roller, 262/270, KRE 325 heads, Northwind intake, QF950 carb, full interior, ps, pdb, th350, and 3.73 gears. Pump gas, 3650 lbs. race weight. 10.68 @ 126 so far... no tuning yet.

Nice string.
I'd dial like you skip the thousandth crap.

I use shift light as time to look at tach then click to gear exactly where I want. Last car it was about 200 rpm above light setting. Shift actual change was another 100 rpm from time I clicked shifter.

Very nice. Can you say anything about the carb, converter, the slicks, being the same as the Grandville?

What launch technique; off-idle, or load converter lightly, or trans-brake?

1050 Dominator with Blp blocks, my emulsion setup, blp 16 hole boosters, blp 112 jets, UCC 9'' 5300 flash stall Converter, no slicks M/T ET SS Drag Radials, 19 lbs of air. leave at 2500 on the foot brake using a 2 step

Very nice.

My combo is so far behind because of "going low compression" it's not funny: rejetted 1050, 4000 stall Switch-Pitch, and 28"/15 ET Drags tending toward dryness. Dang, i need to bump it up.
