Tall ball joints
What is everyone using? part numbers? For my 81 TA

only two companies have them as a direct replacement one is more of a race version, then there is the 3 piece race one from Howe, kind of depends on the use.

building a pro tour, Got a set of tubular control arms that came with my car. Heard the taller balljoints make a night day difference in handling

I fitted taller upper ball joints to my GTO. The only night & day difference it made was to my wallet...
If you look at the A body suspension geometry, if the car is lowered 1-2" [ mine is ] , taller BJs will hardly make any difference to the camber curve & the butt-meter certainly won't feel it. JMO. |

I need to replace mine so going taller isnt that bad dollar wise

I used the Proforged on my '73. It will not be a bight and day difference. You won't notice a difference unless you are really pushing the car and you compare times, or g-forces.
