Default Search suggestions?

I'm currently putting together a 1967 lemans. I was wondering when you guys look on the craigslist, what do you search? Im not looking for anything specific, but need lots of things. I have tried "1967 lemans", "1967 Gto", "1967 pontiac". That kind of stuff. Any tips?
Thanks, Dan

I would put in "67 lemans craiglist" in my search engine and it give me a somewhat nationwide search

Try using site:craigslist.org plus your search terms. This will limit your search results to the craigslist websites.

If you haven't already done so, you might try posting your wants here in the parts wanted thread. I would bet that between all the members here we could probably build a couple cars!

Also if you have Facebook, there is a group called 64-67 gto/lemans/tempest. Many of those guys are also on here but I've had very good luck on that page as well. Also get ahold of Andre Rayman, Layne Otteson, John Robinson or Charles Broussard. If they don't have the parts your looking for they probably know someone who does!

On CL I search for "GTO". Then I search "Lemans".
I also search a range of years, one at a time. You find all kinds of neat things. I've seen stuff listed where they do not know what they have and list the wrong year.
