Default NOW AVAILABLE: 1967 GTO FULL QUARTER

I recieved some great news the other day! The long awaited full quarter panel for the 1967 GTO are now available. I am going to get a pair in on the the next order and see how the quality is on them. If it's like the other new tooling we should have a good part to work with!

Well I'll believe it when I see it, I waited for years for the full panels for my 66 and was told by Ames it wasn't going to happen so like many other owners I repaired mine, what makes me wonder that all the sudden 67's are available and not 66, seems 66 would be a bigger sell, curious as to price I bet a grand a side, well hope this pans out, a very needed part. jd grim 66 gto

I really hope that these panels will finally be made. Many of us '67 owners have been burned in the past waiting for full quarters. Maybe this time it will happen!

Same here. I don't have a stake in this wait, but I saw this on a Facebook page last week. The business claiming this appeared to be a smallish restoration shop and gave the the confidence if someone seeing this in a catalog (which they have been listed for years even though not available) and passing it on as gospel. Hope it's true.

This is the post I found on Facebook from Jesse Farris in the section Pontiac Cars and Parts For Sale. Claims he has two sets. I hope it is accurate but something doesn't sit quite right with me.

Default 67 quarters

this is from joe parts on dynacorns website

ill asked:
"When will 67 GTO quarters be available"

Joe answered on 10/20/2015:
Anybody's guess at this point. They keep saying soon, soon has come and gone a lot of times. UPDATE!!! I have seen pictures of the first run. They are now adjusting tooling and tweaking here and there...the quarters shouldn't be much longer. UPDATE!!! WE HAVE SOME SAMPLE PAIRS COMING IN SOON FOR FITTING, AFTER THAT IT SHOULDN'T BE TOO LONG.

Joe's Parts is listing rear qtr panels for 66 A-bodies.... in the GTO and Cutlass catalog. Not sure what the photos is but it sure doesn't look like a 66 Tempest\Lemans\GTO quarter panel.

Click on the GTO catalog. http://www.dynacorn.com/Catalog.aspx

Assuming available, Can they be used on the '66 without much rework? Or is there that much difference.

66 is different behind the rear tire area and also different by the rearmost part where the.molding mounts.
