help
Just bought a 67 gto that looks like heaven to me. I am fourth owner. Made in Fremont ca, soled in wash st. The engine number is 102 numbers after the number on the build sheet. The build sheet says 335 hp but the factory install was 360 ho. All 3 previous owners say never touched engine.. Bill Peace of PA was the 2nd. Maybe an order override? Ive never seen replacement 102 numbers after the original motor that was supposed to go in, on the same day,. My friend gregg says if anyone knows this forum knows sooooo. help.

Jim has a real nice 67 and trying to prove this is the original factory engine and wondering if there may be a paper trail he can find to prove it's factory installed to go along with past owners saying it's factory, Jim give 3 -4 days for responses these forum members are pretty sharp and it would be nice to hear if this has happened to someone else as well.
