Default plum mist 'vert, the 'ol wiw question

I'll apologize ahead of time for no pics, it was a very last minute thing to go look at it.

the car in question was said to have had a frame off resto, and it looked it. the underneath is very nice. the body is very straight, paint is very nice, trim/chrome very good. I did notice a use of generic fasteners in the engine compartment. originally a 326, it now has what looks like a yz 400 with 46 heads, th 400 trans and a 12 bolt rear. didn't see the traction bar mount on the floor. I believe there was floor and trunk pan replacement. it has white deluxe interior (buckets with console) and top. the steering wheel was in poor condition. no A/C, but p/s and power drum brakes. has a 400 hood with '68 and newer tach. it started right up and seemed to run ok, but the headers/mufflers were a bit loud imo. didn't drive it though. had 14x6 rally II's with an odd gray and plum mist paint scheme.

looking online, the asking prices are kind of all over the place. what would your opinion be as to the value? thanks in advance for your input.
