Default E-head sparkplugs ?

I am looking at ordering some new plugs. Right now I am using NGK r5672a-9. Just looking to see if I am right using these projected tip plugs. I have 12-1comp and running 36 deg timing. I have not had a problem but was wondering if I should try a non projected tip plug Also will a resistor plug be of any advantage with these new ignition boxes?
Thanks

Mike-
If it is a N/A application, I would stick with the Projected tip plug. Power adder stuff we use the non projected tip plugs. I am more of an Autolite plug guy myself, and use them in just about everything. If N/A, I would go with the AR3923 or 24 race plug. Our Power Adder stuff uses the AR393x series, non projected tip. Both of which are Resistor plugs and would be gapped according to the application, different builders having different preferences.
If it is NGK you want to stick with, personally I feel -9 is a bit on the cold side for the combination you listed.

I would think it's a little cold as well. I run 7s w e85 and 12.8 :1 compression. Tried 8s w c12 no change. Now if I switch fuels I run the 7s. NA. I like the ng ks. They re cheap and easier to read

FWIW:..I ran the 8's in my 505 with 14.58 CR....
Ran 7's at 13.8 CR...no problems
They were not projected tips..
