Default Size of gm flywheel bolts for pontiac 79 4 speed

can someone tell me the size of the correct flywheel bots i need to get for bolting the flywheel to the crank for a four speed transmission.
either 7/16-201" or someone told me 1/2 -20 1". I want to use the GM bolts.

What size for the pressure plate to the flywheel?

I have heard that the ARP bolts have a thicker head and can cause interference with the clutch disc.

The Mr.Gasket #914 bolts have the thin head on them.

If all the Pontiacs are the same size, it would be 1/2"-20.
