Default arlington car paperwork

About 1 1/2 year ago I bought a mostly untouched ( 1 owner till 2011) 1970 mint turquoise 455 GTO ,numbers matching , sold new in San Antonio and stayed there till 2012 when I hauled back to Michigan . It is an Arlington built car , 2 weeks ago after I pulled the rear seat out , I found a piece of paper ( 4 inches wide , 8 inches long ) glued to the top of the insulation that sits on top of the rear seat springs . the paper was torn across the top and bottom and had the following info handwritten on it . writing was facing up.

- 224 -
24237 - 258
AK-1 - A39 -
C49 - D33 -
D55 - M40
6728
handwritten stuff was spaced about 1 inch between each line -codes are some of the options on the car , does anybody know what the 224 is and the 6728 under M40 . Has anybody else seen handwritten stuff like this before ?

its the fisher soft trim cheat sheet,,,ive found a bunch in seats, the ones ive found look like cash register sales receipt paper.

the line workers used them for info...not rare...not really uncommon...its all options that pertain to the fisher body works..

6728 prob matches the trim tag body number or a jig number...
224 is prob the job number for the day to keep track of the car as it rolled down the assy line..just a guess

but a little investigation with the car and trim tag and it all comes together

Have a pic of the cowl tag?

6728 may be the body number of the car?

Not sure what the 224 is.

There have been some papers found in the interior that usually show what the interior components were.

Yours looks like it shows what the car as a whole has.
(console, defogger, mirror, etc)

Default cowl tag

thanks for reply's . cowl tag #BTO 7158 next to build date 02A 192 . have not yet dropped gas tank to look for build sheet , sheet is not in interior of car . the 6728 does not match the # next to the PR on the trans tag. the paper I found did look like a large cash register piece of paper (thick brownish white). Thanks again

Default options

car has other options that were not on the piece of paper , such as AC , wood wheel , AM/FM stereo , ride package, in dash tach , rear mats , vanity mirror .

My build sheet on my 70 Arlington GTO was under the carpet on the drivers side.

those wouldnt be important to fisher...the main options would, because of body piercings interior etc..thats why the other bolt on options arent there...

im surprised about the tach thing, because they had to pop a hole in the firewall..maybe it was after it was thru the body assy area
