Default Sway bar/lowering kit '71 Lemans by Belltech

I just installed rear sway bar, shocks and springs by Belltech Sport Trucks and Muscle Cars
install wasn't too bad but when i lowered car and test drove it the sway bar was hitting the exhaust just behind the differential. The kit was to lower car by one inch but has left no clearance. Has anyone installed same kit and had same issues? Any recommendations?

How about a picture of where it is hitting?

Is the sway bar the factory type (mounts to the control arms) or the pro touring type (mounts to the frame)?

How much did it actually lower the car?

Mike

figured it out. the wrong mufflers were installed by previous owner. instead of being offset on both sides of muffler the offset was on one side and center set on rear side causing tailpipe to hit differential housing and sway bar. it didnt take long to figure it out but i never updated the thread.
