Default Distributor to Coil wiring length

I am hoping to send my distributor to Dave's Small-Body HEI's today and I am filling out the information form. I need an approximate length for the wiring that runs from the distributor body to the coil. Unfortunately, I am sitting in my office and I hate to just give a ridiculous length so I know I am covered.

Can anyone help - What's the approximate distance for neatly run wiring between the distributor body and the factory coil location?

Thanks,

Bob

Default Fed-Ex runs at 4:00

Fed-Ex runs at 4:00 and I would like to get this distributor headed for Nevada today. Doesn't anyone have a reasonable WAG?

Looked at three stock "2073"s (71 HO app). From under the grommet on the bottom of the housing, the lead extends 11" till it terminates with the stock 90 degree brass end. On same era stock Pontiac single point distributor, the wire extends up through the grommet & travels another 3" till it terminates with the same 90 degree brass fitting which bolts to the breaker plate.
