2nd Gen Firebird air cleaner flexible hose wanted
All you 2nd Gen FB fans out there... PY needs your help again... I am looking for several original "in decent shape" flexible air cleaner to duct hoses. As you may or may not know, they have been discontinued and we are possible going to make them in reproduction. Please contact me via PM if you have one available and do not need back. Thanks... PY is trying to reproduce the "hairy hose"? That's great news.

I'll look for mine, don't think it was in that bad of shape. But I don't want to give it away, and not get it back.

You might want to define your request since most people dont want to give away a part that can be worth hundreds of dollars. These in nos condition can go for 4-5 hundred dollars or more?

He's got in decent shape in quotes. And, he's got don't need back.
Even though mine is ripped a little, I think it's what they're looking for. Problem is, if I give it to them, there is no replacement I can use in the meantime. Plus, I don't want to be the only one sending one in as they will need several. I really think reproducing the "hairy" hose is going to be a real challenge. |

I am sure the problem is if they get a few, trying to get the same ones back to the original owners. That is just the biggest hang up for me,

Since there is confusion over the correct part numbers, I am repeating my post form the F body section.
From the 11-73 parts book Group 3.410 73-74 All A, B, F 489908 DUCT, air intake flex 73-74 All G 489909 DUCT, air intake flex 73-74 All X/350 489910 DUCT, air intake flex They probably consolidated parts later on by using the longest one (G body) for all applications.
