D'oh! My CNC machine is down
I make custom signs. A lot of what I do is CNC routed wood. I thought my 3-Phase power was out, but my electrician friend came by, and power's there all the way to the spindle power supply/speed controller... but the spindle no spinny. Could be an easy fix, could be an expensive fix.
Oh yeah, my business email is down too... a Go Daddy problem. Double D'oh!

Whew! Spindle is back up. Turns out it was a loose cable way down in the nest of wiring. I thought I had all my connections loose-proofed, but I didn't. Now I have them loose-proofed even more gooder.
Still getting error messages, though. Any computer wizzards in here? I'm getting a USB related error. Bad USB card or controller? Bad USB cable? Screwed up USB driver software? Here's a pic of the error message. Chris

Cables loosen up all of the time. After installing anything electrical you need to go back about 3-6 months after installation and tighten up everything. Even after this you need to check often for loose connections. Cables heat up and cool down and that causes them to loosen. Seen serious fires started because of loose connections.
You appear to have a output failure of something with some of your I/O. Check your USB connections. Yo may also have a driver error so try and install your stepper program again. You also appear not to have a servo motor but a stepper motor. Huge difference in performance and cost.

Go Daddy sent me an email apologizing for being taken off line due to a hacker. Offered a free month of additional service for the inconvenience.
