Default 66 and 67 full quarter panels

Just got my new Original Parts Group catalog today and on page 133, there are full quarter panels available! for both years, has anyone used purchase a set to give some feedback on the quality of the panels? The write up in the book seems to note that they are identical to the originals...prices, $490.00 per side for the 66 and $480.00 for the 67, currently both on sale ..66's $930.95 for the pair and $911.95 for the 67's,

I would not trust their 'identical to originals' too much. Tho the sale price is great for both sides.... but that makes me wonder all the more on how identical they really are.

I only buy from OPG IF I can't find what I need from PY or Ames. And their prices have gone thru the roof.

Are they even available yet????
It does say in the ad "Coming Soon".
I'm losing all optimism that we will ever see these produced.

Default 66-7 full quarters

couple years ago when i really needed a set for my 66 I talked to somebody at ames and he led me to believe a couple sets where sold for a trial install on test cars, well he said it didn't go well so the decision was made to re make the molds before selling to the public, my opinion is if there not out there now probably never, the only way will ever see these avaiable is that many orders are placed with 50% or so paid, then maybe, what there afraid of is if they do get to the point to sell full quarters not many will be ordered, then who eats the tooling cost, thats how business works. IMO. jd grim

I don't trust OPG either. Believe it when you see it.

Full quarters do not exist and probably never will.

Like Fred says. And not all they describe in their catalog is what you actually get either. I know that from experience too. I've gotten broken returned parts from them and was not happy at all. And they heard an ear full about it too.

There I feel a it better about OPG...

Full quarters have been in the making for years...Well, at least, that is what I was told. There is nothing there yet and I would not hold your breath. I ended up with the skins and like most aftermarket stuff, they were crap. The body shop had about 80 hours or so into these quarters and it fought us all of the way. In the end, they look nice, but it is not for the novice.

I had called OPG as well as all the other vendors as recently as a couple of months ago. They do not have any full quarters.... They've been "planning" for years but nothing yet. I ended up getting the quarter skins from PY- not great but, better than nothing.
