Default Is something wrong here?

I was browsing over my car and looked at my my Vin versus my body tag. The production number is different than the numbers at the end of my vin. Now, I also noticed my interior trim reads 236 but when I look it up on ultimategto its not on the color list for 71. Maybe I'm doing something wrong here.

vin and body tag have different numbers that don't match.

Post your body tag info and someone will decode it for you..

Or go here: http://ultimategto.com/cgi-bin/stats...2&f1=dataplate

The VIN does not appear on the cowl trim tag (there is no correlation between the VIN and the body sequence number).

Trim 236 is for the Jade T-37/GT37 interior.

Thanks Craig(?) I knew I saw somewhere that that code was for jade, hence my other posts about that color interior. Wish I had a more exciting color combo and options.

Your welcome. My GT-37 has jade interior also.
HPP posted pics of his rear seat that he just had restored in jade. The jade interior actually looks good with the green exteriors.
