Default 8 Second N/A Et's

We are in the process of fine tuning the heads up rules, I like to know what cars have run 8.99 or quicker N/A, 2900lbs minimum weight.

Thanks.

I could. I've run an 8.66 N/A at 2810 #. I wouldn't mind adding a few pounds to get to 2900. Let me know and I'll start eating out Mexican more often.

My dads 3400# 1970 GTO went 8.94 at 150.4. With a 535, Super Chiefs and a Tiger intake ported by Gaby Labiosa.

Converter was a little loose so there is probably a mid to high 80 in it.
I wish it were 2900#

I've been 8.80's at 2950 in the summer, currently in the rebuild stage and should be a little quicker.

8.54 at 3300ish with a push from Lil Jack and Big Jack!!!........ actually they pushed my car more than a quarter mile (thanks again guys!) car and driver are on a diet for next year so it is even easier to push......I mean faster.

Also, does anyone know if there is a race at MG this year? Trying to plan my "me time" weekends before the wife and kids take them all......

Happy New Year!!!

I spoke with a PY rep a few days before Christmas. The PY reunion moved from May to June(Father's Day weekend) the MG track owner feels the attendance will not justify a Sunday race and has not committed to having a race yet.

8.68 @ 3535lbs is the best I could do so far before weather turned bad, trying another carb and rear gear when I can.
