Default 69 GTO Ram Air III 4 speed project with parts car

Ok, I haven't been on here in a while and the last time i was i had just bought the gto i'm regretfully listing for sale now. Between time (back in school) and money it's not getting done. So here it goes:

69 GTO project, factory ram air III, 4 speed, PHS documented, 1 of only 1,249 built. Sold new at Gabel Pontiac in framingham Mass. Originally a rare and striking Matador red with matching red interior. Has a low mile rebuilt 72 YT 400, th400 trans and origional nodular 3:55 posi rear. Quarters have been replaced but still needs metal work in cowl area, lower fender patches, drivers door corners, front floor and trunk pan and other misc. patchwork but includes a 69 Lemans parts car thats solid in most areas were the goat has rust. Also have correct #48 ram air heads, factory intake and quarajet carb, complete hideaway headlight assembly and other parts available seperately. Body/interior need restoration. Title in hand. Looking for 4,000.

That was my local craigslist ad i basically just copied and pasted but i'll be happy to give more details to those intrested. Car ran good and drove before i started taking the nose off and interior out. I swaped the better parts from the lemans like the fenders, doors and black interior. I will take more pics of specific areas on request. cell# 401-269-1013 Brian

Found a couple pics before i started swaping parts between the cars. The centerlines are gone and so is most of the red interior replaced with the lemans interior. Console was missing as it was converted to auto at some point.

Hi, I had called you a week or so ago from the Craigslist ad. I am still interested,I just left a voicemail on your cell today. If the quarters were replaced with full GM parts, I will but it.

Mike, and anyone else wondering, I believe the quarters are goodmark panels as the fenders were but they didn't fit that well so i ditched them in favor of the lemans fenders with the doors as they all lined up nicely on the lemans. Quarters were a full panel replacement, no half-cut welds seen in trunk. The fenders will need the lower area replaced but those are pretty cheap. Drivers door has two rust spots on the outer skin corners, otherwise solid. passenger door is nice and solid. Trunk hinge supports are rusty in gto but solid in lemans. same around right tail light.

Hi,thanks for taking the time to put all those pictures up. I am not interested in buying the GTO. However, if you end up with the lemans after the sale, I am looking for a nice taillight panel.
