It will probably be a mustang with a pontiac engine in it, just a guess.

Maybe they can decide on a weight and get it done, 3,200 sounds like a nice round number..both are 505's. You guys can work it out, come up with the best plan to slow that mustang down! Obviously him under 3,000lb no one has a chance provided his car is dialed in, maybe it wont hook up?

What do you think a 572 NA compression engine will run in a 2,600 lb car with heads that flow 500 cfm?

damn its that fast already and hasnt been at the track yet? thats impressive.. im sure its going to be fast but its just not that easy to get a new motor to just get it in and go super fast.. but you dont race so you dont know that.. I hope it goes 7.50's i would be happy for him, i really would..

Good job!! That is very fast indeed and the 60s are impressive on a little tire.

I dont know what it will run, but its not hard to compare to other combinations with known performance results. It will at least get you in the ballpark when making a guess.

I see traction being an issue so 7's may not be that easy, but then again the car is light so maybe it can overcome some losses going down the track.

I think it will go in the 7's fairly easy. a mustang suspension is pretty good.

Good clean pass.

It was pretty decent air Friday evening, I heard the Deytons went a 5.23 on one fogger at 75-80 last night. A lot of fast Pontiacs in MD.

Congrats to all!

Dick Fulton and GTOGEORGE both weigh 3000#. That's a decent weight for us to come in at. Plus, I'm probably only gonna have one kit, so...our car @ 3000# with 1 stage...? That should be pretty fair for you guys.
