Default 1970 GTO Weatherstrip channel?

Hi guys:

I'm putting the GTO back together and had a question regarding the location of the channel that holds the weatherstripping for the door glass and the quarter glass.

This channel is at the underside of the roof, and is polished stainless on the outside edge.

My problem is that the mounting holes in the channel are oval shape and there is some adjustment.

Where should I mount the channel?

Thanks in advance.

-Matt

as long as the corner of it lines up where the a-pillar meets the roof, that's where it goes. And don't forget to put a little butyl tape, or silicone or something between it and the roof!
