You make the endura fit the car, not the other way around. You cut, trim, build-up, block, whatever it takes to make the rubber nose fit the steel fenders and hood. That being said, the repop will need work to align, just like a factory nose. The finish is a little rough. They will need sanded and filled and sanded again several times to get smoothe.

I got glasstek, my original glass tek(it broke) was amazing.

the new one is very thin and will need some work.

I will also double it up and use aluminum to stiffen and I will have to use more glass to clean up the edges.

Not sure about the hood either.

ticks me off they are cheapening their product, the one I had before was probably double the thickness.

Endura or glass? If it's endura, there are a ton of threads in the '68/'69 section on how to work with them.
Glass...well, that's the different topic altogether.

They make endure aftermarket bumpers?

The one I got was from EnduraBumpers.com, and though not cheap, I and my body guy are happy with it. Yes, it still needed a little work.

Fairly certain the owner is a member here. They also repair your endure if you have one.

HWY, are you sure that's a good link? ( EnduraBumpers.com) . I copied and pasted it in the internet search box at the top of my screen and got a msg. that said "could not open page, server not found".
