Default Fresh restoration. allingment and what else to watch for?

Just finishing up my 78 TA resto. All I have left is to paint the 3 piece spoiler and mirrors and get them on. Also need decals and hope to add some 17" snowflakes by next summer.
I took it for a short spin down the road for the first time in about 8 years. It ran really nice. no noticable vibrations at speed. It has a lot more power than with the stock engine. A little scary fast almost, but I'm sure that feeling will go away as I drive it more.
The steering felt a little loose, but I dont really remember what it felt like before. The clutch needs adjusting a little. Is there anything else I should be watching for that is a common problem on a restoration?

Since everything is new, I'm sure it needs an alignment. Is there anything specific I should ask the shop to do when doing an allignment. Like optimal camber and such?

Control arms bolts tightened with the suspension receiving the full weight of the car. Sometimes people torque them down without the engine installed. Then a quick check of cotter pins in all the steering.
