Default vin rivits

i am replacing the top dash panel on my 69 bird and looking for rivits that hold the vin plate to the dash. The ones on the old dash looks like stars not round like normal rivits where can i find the stock style ones.

They are called Rosette rivets.

Do an internet search for them.

Technically they're illegal to posess.

Check with Corvette suppliers and on Erape.

If all else fails, you can reproduce them yourself using a small round file on some regular rivets.

Default Not sure if the same but good for Mopar and other GM related items

He is great for Mopar and has the rivets for the tags about $25 or so a pair. Quick and knowledgable staff.

Regular rivets are usually made of aluminium. The rosette vin rivets are stainless steel.
